Introduction
Iasi, "the town of the seven hills", spread out in a
river valley flanked by more or less small mountains with some monasteries
towering above the city on the top of them. ,offers hidden corners of harmonious
landscapes which take your breath away .
The town is slightly chaotic but nature sems still to be respected by the
gentle charm of provincial settlement rather than the stiffling monumentality
of conurbation.
In our project work we would like to share the emotions that enveloped us
when we arrived in Iasi, the warmth of our friends, the savour of traditional
recipes during our home stay accommodation , the picturesque customs, and
above all the wonderful natural beauties that are the frame for valuable pieces
of Art and History of a region that is far from the common routes of tourism
but is no doubt worth a visit.
It is from the accumulation of these and other similar impressions that our
work comes out.
The itineraries we have made can be considered as the " chronicle"
of an unforgettable journey which we would like to transform into memories
and useful suggestion for the traveller.
